The New Denver Visitor Centre Opens for the 2026 Season!

We’re excited to announce that the New Denver Visitor Information Centre, located at the Silvery Slocan Museum on Main Street, will officially re-open for the 2026 season on Saturday, May 16th!

Whether you’re visiting the area for the first time or returning to explore more of the beautiful Slocan Valley, our team is here to help you make the most of your time in New Denver and the surrounding region. From local attractions and hiking trails to accommodations, events, and dining recommendations, we’re happy to connect visitors with everything our community has to offer.

For the remainder of May through the end of June, the Visitor Centre will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Beginning in July, the Visitor Centre will transition to summer hours and will be open 7 days per week through the Labour Day long weekend.

We look forward to welcoming visitors for another exciting season and helping showcase everything that makes New Denver such a special place to visit.
